The 4th Ed group I played in on Saturdays ended a while ago and a few of us are looking to start playing Pathfinder in that time slot. 6pm every other Saturday and it will mostly likely be at the HK. I believe we'll be starting early next year.
Most of our group wasn't too enamoured with 4th Ed. which is why I voted for the shift to Pathfinder. I love Pathfinder and can't say I've played anything that comes close with respect to fantasy adventuring.
The DM is looking to run an Adventure Path. This is of course dependent on the players and what they might have already played what they want to play etc.
So far we have the DM Ryan, myself and possibly a few others from both the 4th Ed. game and some of the people from the other Pathfinder game I'm playing. These two groups will have first shot but I'll try and get answers out of the both of them asap.
That said we'll be looking to have 4 to 6 players total.
If you're interested post your age(hopefully 20+), Pathfinder(or Dnd) experience as well as what Adventure Paths you've played as well as which ones you'd like to try. Thanks. :)

Would love to play if there's room. I'm definitely 20+. Lots of experience. I've played Legacy of Fire and GM'd Kingmaker. I'd love to play Carrion Crown, but I'm between games myself and usually GM, so I'm happy to play just about anything!

Sorry for the delay.
Yeah Rob I know you, I played one game with you a few years ago. My schedule at the time made it problematic or otherwise I would have showed up more. As for if there is room in this group maybe, as I said the people in the other groups are first inline. You'll be next after that.
So from our 4ed game we have: Kyle and maybe Eric that might play.
From my other Pathfinder group we have: Chris, Matt, Steve, and maybe Pierre. You know Chris and Pierre.
I to would like to try Carrion Crown as well. I'll keep you posted and try to get some answers as soon as I can. We will be starting sometime around min January.

Cool. Ryan gave you the invite so since he's the DM I guess that makes 4 players for now and then 5 when Kyle comes back. I think that's our group as I think Ryan was capping it at 5?

Yup. 5 is plenty for me. We don't have a start date finalized but I think it will be late January ish. Does that sound good? That gives my a chance to learn pathfinder and the adventure path. I will ask Rich to start a private forum for this group for us so we can talk characters etc....

Can we not just use the old private forum? I was going to send Rich the 3 new guys.

You've been added to the private forum for this game. See the Carrion Crown thread in those forums.

I'd like to think your character concept is better than that!
Actually, I think a story for that would be fairly easy. The Ulfen in the Land of the Linorm Kings probably travel to Tien so it's a for sure possible.
As for the special board I asked Rich to give you permission it should happen soon.

I know! LOL! I found this barb/ninja pic online and couldn't resist sharing the stupidity of the concept. I think fun is key (even if I have to look as stupid as this!!!) I want everyone to laugh now and leave me alone when I show up with the PC! LOL! :) :) :)

my background is simple: Ulfen raiders went raiding in Tian with longship. They got owned by ninjas. All killed except yours truly, taken as prisoner/slave because one of the ninjas just couldn't killed that strong looking 14 year old barbarian lad. Got trained by ninjas! (enter Rocky IV song) Then on his first mission, before he reached his assassination target, he turned around and killed his two ninja instructors/chaperons thanks to his RAAAAAGE! (then fled Tian, and now crossing Ustalav... chance saviored the Professor... and the rest WILL BE HISTORY!!!!)

Do you have an open slot? Cause I can bring a character. I hear it's close to 3.5. And I have a LOT of eperience there.
