I thought it was well organized and run. The tournaments went smoothly and I had a great time. My only nitpicks are:
1) lunch didn't come with drinks;
2) The hall was a litte dimly lit, which impacted on my ability to see the fine details of some of the truly awesomly painted armies; and
3) I don't recall having easy access to a water fountain. Gaming is thirsty work!

To correct this, I recommend:
1) tossing in a can of something as part of the meal, and getting one of those big coffee urns from Timmies;
2) turning on the pot lights if you can; and
3) giving every player a BPA-free water bottle with the HK logo on it.

Thanks again for hosting an awesome day. Looking forward to the next event!

+1 I agree completely. Having to walk to the store to get a drink wasn't horrible but I think we could have had a better lunch with a few drinks.

Thirded. The Warmachine group made three separate "bring back all you can carry" drink runs, and it still wasn't enough. Having some soda in the main hall would be a huge time-saver.

Better lighting would be nice.

The lack of fighting was a disappointment...tee hee hee.

Anyways, I agree with the others that the lighting could have been better but it wouldn't be my first priority to fix as it was sufficient.

Drinks in a cooler or whatever would have been nice to save a trip.

Would it be too much trouble to have some chicken burgers? I don't eat hot dogs or hamburgers so I didn't eat anything except for a small snack I brought with me. *Awaits forum lashing*

I bounce and cut off your head!

Circle...got the new rules not sure how many points I have now. :P

2000 or so + points of Nids...some primed, some sort of stripped etc.

1000+ points of Chaos Marines.

2500+ points of Dark Savants.

3000+ points of Chaos Daemons...slowly...coming along.

You don't eat hamburgers or hotdogs? Couldn't you just eat tofu socks or something? They did have salad and chips too. That was good. Lighting didn't bother me too much. Lack of drinks did. Coffee and water is all that would have been needed. Water is free and coffee is a heckuvalot cheaper to supply in mass quantities than pop. Better tasting too.

One thing I did notice was that the gamer funk wasn't too bad. I think most people took a shower before coming out. I think the level of civility is increasing in our society.

Pretty sure those lights were on max. We were talking about the lighting during VIP night.

Isn't there a water fountain in the hall by the bathroom? If not....bottle of water and a tap makes you macguyver with unlimited water supply!!
